Are You Financially Literate?

I always considered myself a penny-pincher (learned from my Dad), but when I actually started creating a budget, I was quickly forced to wake up to reality and admit I’m more like my Mom (and I mean similar in spending habits).

I learned so much about how, when, where, what, and why I spend my money on expenses that I could have easily prevented if I had managed a budget for myself in the beginning.

Know one told me this!

    i can see myself as a mixture of both parents when it comes to money management.. i have to give the most credit to my grandpa Jasper, he inspired me to keep records and showed me how to account for every penny...

    I think I am both my parents too, mom's a saver, dad was a spender..... no actually dad was worse than a spender. He didn't care about money and blew it without thinking of tomorrow. I'm not like that..... am I???
